At the United Academy of Martial Arts, we offer two adult programs:

TaeKwonDo & KangDukWon - Traditional exercises that are composed of a series of offense and defensive techniques mainly for the purpose of self defense. The study of TKD enriches your daily life by helping to make your body and mind strong and sound.

Aerobic Kickboxing - An exiting, fast-paced workout that’s perfect for building cardiovascular endurance and toning muscles. Best of all, aerobic Kickboxing teaches you how to defend yourself as you get in the best shape of your life.

We realize that although learning to defend yourself and staying in shape are important, there are other benefits that you will learn in a martial arts program. That’s why our unique program is designed to offer:
